Dear Fundraising Organization
We are honored to be among the many businesses that you are offering the opporunity to support your charitable cause. As you may assume, we get many donation requests. We love to support everyone that asks and will do everything we can to accomodate your requests. In order for us to provide you the best support, we have set up the following guidelines.
All requests must be submitted in writing 60 days prior to the event
In order for us to accomodate your requests, we ask that ALL request be on your organization's letterhead and include specific contact information, date of event and the date you need the donation by. Please also include the organization's name and a copy of your 501C3 certificate if applicable. Please also include a brief description of your event and its purpose as well as what participation you are asking of The Spa.
We try to accomodate all requests, but depending on the number of requests during your event it may not be possible. Donations are reviewed on a weekly basis, please allow 2 weeks for a response.
