Tara graduated from Community Care College with her Massage Therapist License and is trained in swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, sports and aromatheraputic massage techniques. Tara is passionate about massage therapy and the health benefits that partner with it. She is well knowledged with therapies that will help soothe and restore strength and range of motion without causing stress or pain. Tara loves doing deep tissue work and because of her education in true deep tissue massage, she is capable of doing deep tissue work and still provide a relaxing experience. A massage with Tara is not only soothing, but deeply theraputic.
